DEPOSITS

Deposits are required by due date to confirm your bookings

Your booking will be confirmed once your deposit has cleared

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCE POLICY

We make all plans and bookings in good faith. Scuba Sojourns and our suppliers reserve the right to change products/services due to unforeseen circumstance, adverse conditions, or Government direction. Safety is our paramount. Scuba Sojourns are not responsible for circumstance out of our control or presence, therefore early purchase of your Travel Insurance is highly recommended, also, in case your circumstances change

AGE RESTRICTIONS

All passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some trips have a minimum age for younger children, please check with us at time of booking

Bookings: all passenger information collected will remain secure and will not be shared with any third parties excepting information directly required by our ‘suppliers’ for your trip

Payments: information is securely collected, remains secure then deleted and will not be shared with any third parties

AIRFARES

Due to many point systems for flights and discounts offered frequently by airlines we allow passengers to make their own flight bookings and transfers in home town to save money. We have access to discount codes and specials from time to time and advise clients booked on upcoming trips of these when available. If you need assistance with a Travel Agent for flight bookings just let us know.
